Looking at double jeopardy laws...
If someone frames me for their murder and I am found innocent (Or guilty and serve)... could I then kill that person and not stand trial?

No because the miscarriage of justice and the real murder are two different events. But double jeopardy may have had its day thanks to improved forensic evidence. We have already amended double jeopardy in England so that if someone is acquitted but compelling evidence emerges later, the first trial may be deemed a mis-trial, and the whole case heard again with the new evidence. |

No. If you subsequently commit another crime against the same person, then it's not covered by double jeopardy. Double jeopardy only covers individual charges.
For instance, if you rob a bank and get acquitted, then you can't be retried for that robbery. But if you try again, it's a whole new charge, so it's not protected. |

No in both cases because a murder charge is for a specific crime. if the person was found to be alive and you killed them, that's a new crime, new charges, and a new trial! |
