I have been to all of my court dates that I have had scheduled and bee notified of.

Talk to a lawyer before you do anything else. The lawyer can get the necessary info on the warrant from the court without jeopardizing your legal status any further. Chances are the lawyer can help straighten things out and get the "failure to appear" charge dismissed. |

Which doesn't mean you didn't miss one.
Call the court that has possibly issued this warrant and talk to them. Nobody else can help you. |

Sometimes there is confusion and a warrant issues because of a misunderstanding, either on your part's or on the court's.
Arrange to come in, immediately, and the warrant will probably be set aside and you will get a new court date. |

,y court date is 11/29/2011, 6 months from now. I have this date from print out from Muni court. Yet on 5/17/2011, I was arrested for FTA, they said my court date was changed to 11/30/2010. I was arrested, 3 days in jail. I was not notified of change and have lived in same home 1o years. How can I fix this.
