This is about Stalking complaint against a person from whom the so called victim had borrowed money and ack?

Person who had borrowed money when called for money has complained about stalking. How can one defend in this matter and what happens to the defendant. What happens in this case.

Do you have proof they borrowed money? If so then just take them to court if not just forget it and be careful who you lend money too but still keep away from the person if you have proof or not

Common

Quit fooling around with it - if you're the one who loaned the money (and can prove it) - then you sue that person for it. The bogus stalking charge indicates the person's unwillingness to pay, thus breaching the contract.
