Doesn't matter wife or not she's 19 so yes, you can get in trouble even in your own house and you will be held accountable...just make sure when she drinks you dont' go anywhere or the cops aren't called to your home and everything should be fine..... |

Yes. It's called contributing to the delinquency of a minor. |

Law very from state to state and town-to-town…but the answer is “YES” if someone was to get hurt as a result of her consumption of alcohol or a driving while intoxicated. She is a legal adult but not of drinking age so you could be charge by a prosecutor for contributing to the delinquency of a minor… |

You will be held accountable. The law used to allow for minors married to people over age, but they changed the laws so now it would still be contributing. |
|

Is that so...?
|
In Texas you are allowed to provide alcohol to a minor in the following situations: 1) the minor is your child. 2)the minor is your spouse. 3) as part of a religious ceremony. So yes, you can provide her with alcohol in your own house (and in restaurants too, but you need to bring proof such as marriage license, etc). If she tries to drive however she could get a DUI even though she may of had only 1 beer. All this information is available on the web at your state's alcohol bureau |

Yes and yes.
If she is under 21, she is in violation of the law. If you, being over 21, are in the house with her, the police will assume that you provided her with the alcohol and will bring charges against you as well. |

Depends on the state. She can probably get in trouble, even drinking in her house. Make sure she isn't in the public eye. Meaning in the yard or in front of a window. Generally police can act if they can see you through a window.
If you are providing the booze - you could get in trouble. Better not to drink till you are 21. |
