is employer is treating me unfairly, its a franchisee owned hotel and the francisee's daughter works at the hotel and she works part time, i work full time and she gets to go to memphis on a training course, she also has her phone with her all the time and its not allowed, also everyone just blanks me as if im nothing even though i do all the work.
the other receptionist on the other hand has worked in a hotel before we both started at the same time as its a new hotel and she got a promotion, the job wasnt even posted internally.
and now they have their little meetings and jokes around and im blanked all the time.
im pulling my hair out i hate it and want to leave but it will take me ages to find another job.
is there anything i can do without getting sacked??

As to your unfair employer i'm afraid there's nothing much you can do. There are however, lots of jobs out there. Do you live anywhere near premier inn, sheridan, hilton or any other big hotels. They are usually fair to employees. If you have the skills and experience then go to them, tell them about your boss and mabey they will have a more suitable job. My friend went through the same thing recently so I know how crap it must feel that you hate it but have to stay there for money. |

Job hunt. Find a new job and get out of their. It is really hard to find a job where the employer reciprocates your loyalty. |
