Not. Despite it's long history as a recreational drug...including a short interval during my youth...in the long term it does cause psychological problems.
I stopped using it because of the paranoid feelings I was experiencing and even when I tried a Little 20 years later, the paranoia was still there. |

I think that marijuana use is the same as alcohol. Used in moderation, I feel it is ok. I do feel however the legalisation of it could lead to misuse by some that could cause problems ( the same as misuse of alcohol does - such as driving under the influence etc). If the government could come up with some way to control the use of it and even educate people of the safe use/amount to use etc then I would be for legalisation of it. I know some who use it for medicinal purposes and it definitely helps them, but I feel that it would be very difficult to "police" the legal use of it. |

If everyone would get high "responsibly", then why not?
But since they DON'T, and many drive while high, or use and abuse other drugs or alcohol in addition to pot...I would say no. It puts everyone else at too much risk.

Make it legal and tax it, something has to replace the revenue lost as a result of fewer people smoking normal cigarettes. Make it only available to over 18`s and not to be sold in corner shops or super-markets. |

As a moderate user I would say Legalise!
It would stop dealers 'persuading' impressionable people to try stronger more dangerous substances and as it's a useful medicinal drug it should be available for that a lot more easily than it is at present.
The only thing that concerns me is the abusive use of grass as we have with that favourite DRUG alcohol. The young don't know restraint or how to recognise dangerous side-effects of either. |

Here is the deal. It should be legal and we should tax the **** out of it. If Mr Jones wants to burn one on the back porch at 6:15 on Friday that should be legal. BUT here is the problem.....Weed stays in your system for 30 days. And even the biggest stoner knows it should not be legal to drive stoned. So how you gonna tell the deference between the guy who smoked two days ago and the guy who smoked and drove(anything else that dangerous high) 12minutes ago?
Until you fix that it has to stay illegal. |

Absolutely legalize it, it is less dangerous than cigarettes yet THEY are legal. Hell, they put stuff in cigarettes that make them MORE harmful, they are required to put that stuff in by law, so if they can do that, then Marajuana should not even be an issue. |
