Was I unfairly rejected?

I reapplied to a college that I wanted to get into really badly. After I was rejected, I told them I had hearing loss, and a learning disability which accounted for my bad test scores. I had already given them my 504, and still didn't get in. So they told me to write an essay stating how my disability affects me, a copy of my audiology report from my doctor, and my NCAA disabilities wavier. I was rejected again with out any reason. I think it's wrong that they made me jump through hoops, just to get rejected all over again. do you think it was unfair? if so what can I do/ should do now?

-it's a North Carolina school
-I'm African American
-And I need to choose before may 1st!!!

Oh no.... rejection. One of life's little disappointments. Instead of blaming others (the school) why not apply elsewhere?
