Is Mark Malloch-Brown aware that this was for formenting extremism with his ICG policies?
I wonder if M Rama Rao, India Editor, Asian Tribune is aware that Sri Lanka has a developed policy of using aid as linkages and bridges of inclusion instead of as compartmentalized, segregated methods of exclusion. I would suggest that both the editor and the writer review reader's comments.
