I was 12, and he was tickling me and then put me over his shoulder and sat on the couch, and then held my hands behind my back and my feet, and he rubbed me down there. He didn't penetrate but I'm just curious.
is it rape since I was 12 and it was forced? is it NOT rape because he didn't penetrate?

LOL somebody said I didn't raise any objections? I was trying to scream but nobody heard me. ALSO he wouldn't let me out of his hold until I finally got my hand free, and scratched him on the cheek. And it was no accident, he was holding down my hands and feet, and telling me to be quiet.
It happened in Oregon, but I now live in California.
I'm 18 now, I doubt I can still prosecute, especially since I didn't have any physical evidence because he didn't penetrate, and I didn't go to a doctor or anything.
It's been 4 years, how on earth am I suppose to do anything about it? The reason I decided not to do it then was because I was just too disgusted to even face him again.
I mean I should, just so that he wont be able to get at any other girls...but still.

Like did he really intentionally rub it? Or did he brush it while tickling you, i mean a child squirms around alot while tickling someone.
I have a hard time believing that you can go from tickling and playing to child molestation.
However, i will leave that up to you.
Just remember, if he intentionally rubbed you down there, its cihld molestation. |
