My friend Caroline went behind the teacher and started making humping motions, never touching her, and filmed it, then put it on YouTube. The principal found out and told her she wouldn't say anything unless someone said to her "What are you going to do about this?" and that she has to tell her mother (her mother is psycho, so I don't know how that's going to go over) and talk to her mother about it. She took the video off the second one of the parents found out and now she's really scared. I'm really scared for her. She's crying right now. What's going to happen to her?

It's tough to say what will happen to her. It doesn't sound like she has done anything criminal (it's not really any different than if she had flipped her teacher off) so it is unlikely that law enforcement will get involved. The remainder is going to be up to the school and her mother. Since she already took the video down and the principal said they would not do anything unless someone raised it as an issue it's probably unlikely that the school is going to do anything.

Your friend will learn about how to respect people. Her "psycho" mother will probably ground her, for good reason. Those actions should not be tolerated. Your friend is lucky the school is giving her a choice, and not suspending her immediately.
