They are grammatically incorrect, so I am not sure what you are asking, but it seems you want to create an oversight system over the legal system. This already exists through appellate courts & federal courts (if you are charged in state court) & gubernatorial/presidential pardons.
Even if you distrust the court system, what system could oversee it? Just because you don't call someone a judge doesn't mean that they aren't a judge. |
