Depends on how your school is. If it happens regularly then you'll probably just get suspended, but if you go to a school where it rarely or never happens...... you might not be going back.

You'll probably get suspended from school for a year. You will probably get some time in the juvenile detention center if your under 18 or they might let you off on probabtion if a first offense.

I got suspended for 12 days for having like 1 little nug, so your basically screwed if you have a quarter.

I live in Canada, BC. In my school if you get caught with any drugs, you get expelled immidietely. But I'm not sure about other schools.

In Virginia Beach you have to go to Substance Abuse Intervention Program (SAIP) for ten days. I had to go before; it was pretty fun.

suspended and definate police involvment...so figure 2 week suspension and possesion of marijuana charges by the police which is usually 100 dollar fine not a big deal...good luck

at my school, the police are called and the student is expelled. Usually sent to alternative school for a year or two.

It depends how old you are and no its not true if you get busted with drugs you automatically get arrested. Look at the people in Austin! They get tickets.

in my school it's a fine and about 10 days OSS. if they catch u again, probably jail time, another, larger fine and expulsion from school.

You're liable to get suspended at the very least, and the police are going to be slapping you with a rather hefty fine. If it was just an eighth, you'd likely only get a fifty dollar fine at the most (still suspended though). You really shouldn't bring that stuff to school, you know...
