What States condone the Medical use of Marijuana in patients other than terminal?

I do not know about condone, but it is legal in California for those with a doctors order to use medical marijuana. It is mostly related to pain medication. Isn't it amazing that our Federal government would chose to deny patients pain medication, especially terminal patients.

Michigan just passed a medical marijuana law and I don't think it has anything to do with whether the patient is terminally ill or not. Of course the kooky right wing prosecutor in Oakland County is trying to prosecute somebody for following the new law, so apparently David Gorcyca has no respect for the law.

I was researching this the other day and it looks like things are changing. I was surprised that there are more States joining the ranks of accepting MJ as an asset to the medical field. It is not just limited to cancer patients or those with glaucoma. It can be for those who are dealing with chronic debilitating condition, and has pain such as arthritis. (which I have, my state is not listed...yet)

The following shows a chart of the States and their rules, they all vary. But it is a start.
