I think that weed is a bad idea in general. Although it can serve some medical purpose?? like the munchies.
I think that weed actually interferes with the auditory system. Makes perceptions incorrect. Bad idea to use weed.

Obviously you're just looking to stir the pot with this question.
I cannot speak for every Officer and what they will do with regards to teenagers who break the law. However if (IF is the term not when) Marijuana is completely legal for anyone, including people under 21 or 18 then there is little a police officer will be able to do. Under legal terms the police officer will not be able to punish you for doing something legal. Now if you believe you're getting harrassed chances are you're doing much more than smoking pot in your bedroom, because I know plenty of people who smoke pot in their bedrooms and have done so for a very long time without ever worrying about being caught. Be smart, you won't have to worry. However if you break the law be prepared for having to deal with the consequences. Smoking pot is like speeding, if you get pulled over for speeding don't be one of those guys complaining about cops harrassing and needing to do their jobs. Their job is to enforce the Law, if the Law says Marijuana is legal they wont act like it's illegal.

Its not only teenagers they harass. Maybe they can move on to more important things like the lady getting raped down the street while there are hassling someone over a bag of weed maybe someday things will be right
