If they say they don't have it, then they probably don't. Your co-workers probably took them. Depending the the value of the items missing you could take them to small claims court. |

some what would depend on where you left them.. if they were in a locker then yes, you company is responsible, but if you left it out in the open like at a desk, even if it was in the desk or in a back office then you are responsible.. |
