What are regional agreements ?

Two or more nations within a certain region may sign an agreement for different reasons like trading. For example, Malaysia and 9 other countries established a geo-political and economic organization named ASEAN their main purpose was to grow their economics one of the aspects of their agreement is that there are no customs duties for the member countries to pay each other in case of trading.
