I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. Are you asking what they commonly say?
Bailiff will commonly say "all rise, this court is now in session, the honorable ____ presiding." That's about it.
Judge: He says a lot of stuff at various times, but does a lot of "overruled" and "sustained".
Jurors: they just sit there until there's a verdict, and the foreperson will read it. Most courts allow a "polling" of the jurors to make sure each agrees with the verdict.
Court reporter: doesn't say anything, just sits there, types, and sometimes talks into the machines mic. |
