What are the chances of getting a fair hearing?

My accusers are the ones doing the investigation on my disciplinary hearing.
They are claiming i neglected disabled clients by leaving mediation unsecured and sleeping on the job.
Neither of which is true.
Seems to me they are in the position to make true what they want and make false what they want to make false.
What are the chances of having a fair disciplinary hearing?

What kind of disciplinary hearing?

How is it that your accusers are the ones doing the investigation? Is this a union we are talking about?

Don't be so cynical. Every hearing has an appeals process. So if you get railroaded in the first hearing, you can appeal it. I suggest you put on a rigorous defense and prepare for the worst. Just make it clear that a loss will be appealed and sometimes they will back off.
