If the next link doesn't work which is the "grievance" page then just look on the left side of the home page above and click on "client assistance and grievance. There are different procedures for attorneys and judges and we are not sure who it is your wanting to report but at the very least they may be able to guide you in the right direction, forms etc. Hope this helps at least get you a jump start.
