No...if you are not too loud. Don't disturb a neighbor. have a nasty neighbor? INVITE them!..lol..They won't turn you in for noise. Also, REMEMBER...if anyone gets into an accident after the party and they have been drinking, YOU could get sued as well as them! |

Not if you keep it under control. Make sure no one leaves drunk, offer everyone a place to sleep. And don't get too loud that the neighborghs complain. Either way-have fun!! |

Probably a noise ordanance in your town... I'd anonamously ask the police what time it starts (unless you live away from neighbors) here it's 10 O'clock pm. Of course no underage drinking (like anyone ever listens to that one anyways). But if someone drives home is under 21 and crashes you could be legally liable (but you said everyone's over 21 you should be good). Other than that -Your house, you make the rules. My favorites are: You break it- you bought it! No standing on the couch, table, bed...". No barn animals in the house! Keep you hands off my sister, mother, brother, dog skip! NO Circus clowns in the pool (the makeup always runs and clown hair is a son of a bi!** to get outta the filters)! -Stuff like that, you know just the basics! |

MAKE CERTAIN everyone is over 21. If there is drinking involved dont let anyone in who is under 21-even if they say they arent drinking. The last thing you need is for some punk to sneak a drink, then get stopped on the way home and point the finger at you.
Also, dont let things get out of hand to the point of where you are making so much noise you are disturbing the neighbors. Other than that have fun! |

Its possible. True story: There was this guy in Boston who decided to throw a house party. It got loud and the police were called. Everyone who was at the party was old enough to consume alcohol. Anyway when the police came and knocked on the door, he opened it and came out closing the door behind him. They arrested him for public intoxication. So the point is, if youre going to throw a party, be quiet with it, or threaten to kill your neighbors if anyone calls the authorities. Ive found the best solution to be invite everyone on the block or the apartment complex. Most of the time those that hate on you are hating because they wish they were doing what youre doing. |

No its not. Dont let it get out of control and keep the volume low as not to stur up neighbors and you will be fine. Dont get to drunk and/or make sure you designate a few people to be able to drive home or not be to drunk to notice someone is choking on their own vomit :)

Let your neighbours on either side know and if you live in flats,tell top and bottom too. Give them a cheap bottle of plonk and let them know if it gets too loud they should give you a knock and your turn it down or you could always give them an invite too!!!!! |
