He enters with a key. I think when I am not there.He told me not to leave my kids alone.I only go to the store and they are 11,12 years old how can I handle this?

Put your own camera in and if he enters your places without giving you notice you can have him arrested for trespassing. Even though he owns the building you live in he must give you notice that he will be entering the apartment.
As for your children, it all depends on the state you live in and what your lease says as to how old your children can be to be left alone. He is pretty much trying to protect your children and himself when they are left alone. If they get hurt or something happends he can be held responsible since he is the owner of the place.
However he cannot enter your apartment without your permission or by giving you notice to inspect the apartment for damages. Like another person said, you should consult an attorney and place your own video camera in your apartment to see if he is entering when your not there.
As for the camera's he placed in your house, call a lawyer and then the police, he is invading your privacy. |

Does he really have cameras in your apartment? If he does, you should report him to the police. Also, I think 11 and 12 is ok to be left alone, because I babysat at that age, no problem.....of course, unless for some reason your children cannot be trusted.
Also, he should not be entering your apartment without giving you notice first.
