What can I expect in court?

I'm a minor on probation. I violated it by not following house rules and truancy. I went to court and plead Not guilty. I'm going to my trial tomorrow. I'm definitely going to juvy. My PO is probably going to recommend weekends in juvy.
Will I have to talk much in court?
What are the chances of the judge listening to the recommendations from my PO?
How are juveniles transported from court to juvy? All in one van?

You will have to answer all questions asked of you. The judge will certainly consider the recommendations of the PO. If there are more than one going to juvy, then they will all be transported together. |

I hate to break it to you, but the Judge does indeed follow the recommendation of the the D.A. and P.O.'s probably 99.9% of the time. I suggest you prepare for some really bad news. Sorry!! |
