What can make a warrant invalid? An officer stated i had a violent history, but i don't even have a record.?

nothing. a warrant is valid period. and if its a bench warrant it just means they have to issue you a court date. then theres the other arrest on spot warrant. which i forgot the technical name. either way only a judge can issue a warrant and take it away. sometimes you can call the police department and turn yourself in and they might take a warrant off on fact that you are going to show up to court the next day. but other than nothing. and cops can say whatever they want. they arent lawyers.

Once it is issued? Nothing short of an action by the judge that issued it to remove the warrant.

A warrant based on an affidavit/application containing materially false statements can make an arrest unlawful if the officer making the arrest was aware of the false statements. BTW, having a violent "history" does not mean you have been convicted of crimes. If means the officer has reason to believe you have committed violent acts.
