What do u think about abortion?

Abortion is legal, but just because something is legal, doesn't mean it's moral. What if they made rape legal? Would that mean it's okay to go out and rape women? Legally it'd be okay, but it would still be immoral. It was a mistake to make abortion legal.

We have to do something about it but there are other things that you can do besides abortion. There are options. I think abortion is murder since it kills something.

i wouldnt ever do it but i believe you should have a choice... cuz in some situations it might be better ... i have a daughter at 18 ... i got pregnat at 16 soo i cant say for anyone else

Should we legalize it? In the U.S., it IS legal (you didn't state where you are from). Some people think it should not be, but, the only way to make it illegal will be for the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade (and the many other abortion cases they ruled on), which would only make OK for the states to ban it if they want to. Or a Constitutional Amendment would need to be passed and ratified to outlaw it nationally.

Is it moral? That is an individual decision that I cannot answer. I also do not believe in any rules and regulations that are solely based on someones morals.

Um - it IS legal, my dear. As for the morality of the topic - all I care about is if anyone actively interferes with my daughters' decisions in that regard, they'd best not step in front of my truck!

I've been around long enough so that I saw what it was like before abortion was legalized. Women were forced to go undercover to have an abortion, and with no regulation, there were people performing them who had no medical background. Women were mutilated and killed in the process.

Abortion should stay legal, if only to protect the women from hatchet-job, back alley procedures. And then there's the right to choose....which is a God given right (free will).

a foetus is only a human being legally when it is independent of its mother. like it or not, the mother has the freedom to choose when to create a legal entity.
there are many unwanted children in countries where the mothers could not choose. there are also women who die because of mainly male politicians who wish to decide for them. abortion has always existed and it always will for as long as people are free.
it is not for us to say if it is right or wrong but thank God we live in a country where women can choose.

It is legal, but it needs to be changed. It is immoral and it is murder. Anyone who claims different is just sticking to liberal talking points which do not pass the test of logic. Sadly, most who are pro-choice enjoy their right to kill and shun responsibility so much that their is no way to reach them and communicate the value in being responsible for yourself and others.

it's immoral and should be illegal.. it's no different than murdering a newborn baby.. the only difference is location.. the baby doesn't suddenly spring to life the moment it exits the womb..
