Now let me see. You're asking for the name for a type of lawyer who puts others before his own profit. I think he would be called a figment of your imagination.
Lawyers are only interested in making a profit that's why the human rights act only seems to apply to the criminals of this world because they are the only ones who get legal aid.
You could always prove me wrong by giving me an example of an innocent person with a genuine grievance getting legal aid.

They make sure the process goes as it is supposed to . That prosecution follows criminal proceedure no matter how guilty the suspect and that no rights of the defendant are violated during the proceedure.

You would need to be more specific. Is this a criminal or civil matter? If it is a criminal matter, then most likely you are thinking of a public defender. If this is a civil matter, and this is an employment issue, then you are thinking of an employment attorney. You need to be a bit more specific though regarding the rights you feel were violated. For the most part, I would suggest calling your local social services office in the county or town that you live in and ask them for advice or where to go for assistance.
