Depending on the type of harrassment you can report it to your local police enforcement agency. By reporting the harrassment you will have a record on file so if additional complaints come into the police station they can take action... again it depends on the type of harrassment that you are talking about. |

get it on video then report them to the fuzz. if it continues and the police cant do nothing-- go buy army tech manual tm31-210. this should give you a few ideas but may be illegal to use said devices.tell them your crazy and a demolition expert. if they see you running-- they better catch up. if you decide to get revenge- dont get caught |

i agree move..but you may not be able to what was happening with us was the kids next door was shooting pellets at our dogs and they wasn't watching them..so my husband and mom went over and had a talk, and from then on we watched them every time our dogs barked, and watched the pellets but eventually it was better for us to move, we found out the kids had been in trouble before and it wasn't anything new..but we luckily didn't have many problems after that i think it could have gotten alot worse...and we would have called the police to settle it..i would document it, and also involve the police if need be..
