I was with my friend at the mall and she stole two necklaces and got caught, they made us wait for a cop and they wrote us tickets.
I go tone two because they said i was in accordance with her or something, this stuff was found in her purse but i said i asked her to steal one.
anyway it was a class c something (the lowest one) the stuff was worth 20 bucks and were banned from the store until where 18.
We have to go to court before june 2nd what do you think they will do? just make us pay a fine?

I don't know your state nor would I do that BS..but, Unless they had a security guard or cop on the scene..they are NOT allowed to hold you against your will. They can file a police report-get finger prints off of something-whatever your handled, but each state is different..too. You won't have much, but surly you realize hope stupid it is and hopefully won't be doing this again..Most likely probation and maybe community service/fines. Don't do this again..it won't be so easy to get off if you build a record... |
