What does OTW mean on a prison sentence sheet?

My daughter's boyfriend is getting a year in prison for theft and his sentence sheet has OTW on it. What does that mean? I don't know anything about jail or prison so I have absolutely no idea what this is. He is hoping to get work release when he does gets transported to where ever he's going but I don't know how that works either.
