There is no such thing. Criminals come in all shapes, sizes, and colors.
For specific crimes there may be a profile, but even that it nowhere near 100% accurate.
Basically, people see criminals every day and don't even know it.

That's far too broad a question. If we're talking about anyone who has ever committed a crime, small or large, well, probably just about everyone you've known, do know and ever will know.

Go to your local police stations web site.

They wil have pictures up of people that are wanted for misc. crimes. As well as missing persons and stuff like that. They all look the same...except for the really creepy guys that you can tell have something wrong with them.

Well, this isn't to be rude to anyone, but look for pictures of gangsters, and goths, and other extreme "groups". While not all people who look like this are criminals, many are. Here is why I think that is.

Most people who act and dress like gangsters and goths and other crazy things like that are usually posers. They tend to not fit in anywhere, so they attach to the thing they find the most connection to. For example... gangsters.

If you are not actually from the "hood", you tend to look at it in a stereotypical way regardless of whether you think the attitude is cool or not. So if you do like the gangster attitude, you very well may try to act out those stereotypes, like doing drugs, and shanking people, stealing, etc. So it is not so much the real people from the ghetto that are criminals (they do what they have to to survive) but the ones who want to emulate the behaviors. So you will tend to see criminal behavior from the ones who want to be like them because they think it's cool, but grew up in a nice town in a nice neighborhood. In other words, the "overcooked" guy that looks and acts TOO gangster, that grew up in Beverly Hills tends to be more criminal than most people, in order to fit the attitude.

Again this is not meant to be rude, but it is rather a fact of life.
