Jail time |

a warrant will be issued for your arrest and though it may take a while if you're pulled over for a traffic violation or they find you the local police will come and take you back to where you left from. |

They issue bench warrants for your arrest and, if they decide to pursue you as a fugitive, you will end up in a world of trouble. |

You get a warrant out for your arrest and then when you're picked up in your new city - they ship you back, and you have to go to court (maybe even jail) for skipping out on your probation.
If you want a new life - don't start it out as a criminal. Finish your probation - then move! |

You can't leave while on probation, can you?? |

You cannot do this unless you get permission from the court. Do NOT go without clearing it. They will find you and arrest you and your probation will be revoked and you will go to jail.
If you have family somewhere or a job lined up, the court might consider granting you permission to leave. They will not let you just go somewhere with no support or income.
If you really need to get away from the situation you are in, try to find a stable family member who will agree to let you stay wtih them until you are on your feet. Then, arrange it through the court to set up a new probation officer in the city you are moving to. |

You will be a fugitive and an arrest warrant will be put out for you. These warrants and information about you is sent to every law enforcement agency in the United States. Sooner or later, they will catch you.
In addition, any job you apply for will require a background check---the warrant will show up...so there goes the job market.
When caught, you will be jailed. |

Well, you'll go to prison, for a long time. I suggest against it. Wait until after court...then, if you're still free, guess what? You're free. Of course you won't really be free. If you try to move with out informing you P.O., you're totally going to go jail for you know, everything. So, good luck with that. |

OK if yo probey officer will let you leave the state most will not but if you can go right ahead go and "Start your life anew" I'm not sure if this will work but with a criminal charges you might arrested and sent back to the state pen. I'm sure the department of corrections penitentiary system will welcome you back. so stop whining and get a life and grow a pair. |

Dot dot dot...

bench warrent, usually. get the charges delt with, then see what you need to do legally to get your move on. Best of luck! |

Ask your P.O. I'll bet he'll know what to tell you about running away from your responsibilities. Get yourself back on the right track and stop digging a larger hole for yourself. |

You can't run away from your problems. Finish your probation, and then be free to start a new life. |

Well because of probation being involved already ,you will have a bench warrant issued and they will track you down. But if there was just the charges (misdermeanor) more than likely a warrant would be issued but wouldnt go state to state to bring you to justice. Thanks!!! wait till your problems are resolved here, dont run away from them. |

The country or state you move to will send you back. |

You will be sought out and eventually face the music. Don't be stupid and get it over with. Pay your debt and start over. |

You're probably violating conditions of your probation. Talk to your P.O. or a lawyer. Or stick it out until prob. is complete. This will come back to haunt you forever if you don't |
