What happens when judges notes on court are lost can a judgement still be made?

I am currently going through a employment tribunal and we are now at the point when the judges would are due to give a reserve judgement, but I have just been told that 2 out of the 3 judges notes have been lost. Can they still make a judgement or will the whole case that has taken a year and half have to bee re heard.

They can still give judgement, but the losing party may have grounds for an appeal.
It only really matters if there are factual errors or absent relevant factual matters in the judgement. The notes only contain a record of the evidence and the representatives and the chairman should have those.

They will strain every sinew not to have a re-hearing.
