It will require extreme faith for you to make it through this. I have a sister whom I adore and am very close with and I feel the rage you must feel from this experience.
But something my mother used to tell me I regard as damn good advice is this - - Do not become (in character or behavior) like those whom have offended you, that makes you just like them.
I believe if you focus more on healing from this incredible tragic loss, and more on maintaining a close relationship with your sister (in spirit), and commit to living your life as a good example for others to follow- I truly believe, that the killer who has murdered your sister will suffer and learn the pain he has given you and feel the loss you are enduring. |

My answer to your question is NIL. You won't get death penalty; rather you won't be held Guilty for this offence of murder. Reason is simple if such a person can set free due to lack of evidence, so can you, but how don't ask me here in open forum. |

Pre-meditated murder can get you th death penalty. Maybe you should go to a therapist to talk about your issues. |

Don't do that!! It won't solve anything. All it will do is make you miserable and your sister will blame herself. |

If this is not a hypothetical question, you shouldn't ask such a thing. If it's for real, don't be stupid and seek revenge. There is no good answer to your question! |

pretty good. Revenge and justice are not the same! |

I understand that you want to come to your sisters aid, but what you are talking about is premeditated murder. Don't even think about such things. Who ever this was will eventually pay the price for their action. |

that woul take you to this person's level! and you have a good chance of life or capitol punishment. |

O.o wtf? NEVER kill anyone, no one deserves to die, even a low life criminal. But I'd say that it's pretty high that you'd get a SEVERE punishment, maybe not death penalty, but something very severe. Trust me, revenge is not the way to go. |

If the state you do this in has the death penalty, they're real good, especially now that it's premeditated. |

It depends where you live, some countries don't have the death penalty and others do. We need morwe information. but Wherever you are, you will be charged for murder. |

depends if evidences would be discovered later or not. if not, then keep praying that there wil never be but if by chance evidence were uncovered, then you really can get death penalty. and that would also depend if your lawyer is good or not. |

not sure i am understanding your question. do you mean set free as in aquitted, or set free as in no bail? If they are brought in for questioning, and no charges are brought against him / her, then it really is just a matter of time until they are caught. have faith in the system, but understand that it may take lots of time. I'm sure this is not what you want to hear, but killing them will only make matters for your family worse. And do not try for the 'temporary insanity' crap--that only works in the movies... |

The person who sadly killed your sister: I'm sure your sister would agree; are not worth you dying for.
She wouldn't be happy if you got yourself into such trouble for the likes of a person who is scum, to say the least.
Remember that God says, vengeance is mine I will repay.
Though trust the matter into His hands, because He cares for you.
And He will not be slow to fulfill His promise. |

You will get life or death penalty depending on the motive of your killing. The judge see what were your intentions for murder. You kill with the intention of revenge, i think you may get death. |

to kill aperson for murder is worse than the crime itself.the govrment or the judiciary or a person has no right to take the life of another humanbeing. |

What do you mean burnt your sister, physically burnt? If he was set free due to lack of evidence you might get fried, why don't you hire a P.I. or find evidence to put him away, you don't want your parents to lose two children. |

Depends what state you live in, or plan on killing this person in. |

if the burns are bad with scarring why can't you sue the person? and -did she say s/he did it? any witnesses? i could say vengeance is my own sayeth the Lord , but you must decide by what your age is, how much it is worth to you, and her,and if the state you live in has the death penalty, she is suffering enough without having to lose you and this person may mess up and have to go back in soon again anyway. if they are a threat to your family doing it in self defense is all kill or be killed...sorry about your sister though i don't know why so many people have to be such filthy souls. |

I can understand you,,I know you love your sister very much..But, think of urself..If you find her ex-husband and kill him,,you will be death sentenced or life imprisonment for the rest of ur life..and bsyds your soul will be burned to hell..,,[and remember the 7th Commandment: Thou Shall Not Kill]..Your life will only be wasted if u do that,,but I know you can't just forget what happened to ur sister bcoz she means alot to u..But do u think,,your sister will be happy seeing u where she is now,,behind the bars of the jail??? Where she is now I think is in HEAVEN..and I think, she had fogiven her husband already,,coz u said that she was soo CALM and COOL..and was GOD-LIKE..If you really love ur sister,,you'll just wait for justice and some people who will just appear to be the witness..JUST WAIT and I'm sure God will give justice to her..
REMEMBER:
DON'T WASTE YOUR LIFE TO KILL ANOTHER PERSON..COZ I AM SURE YOUR SISTER WOULDN'T BE HAPPY IF YOU WILL BE DEATH SENTENCED OR BE PUT TO JAIL.. |

Everyone who has been born has a death sentence. What the courts do is quibble about the timing of something that is as inevitable as dawn. You would certainly get caught and be kept in prison for the rest of your regret filled life. You are already a suspect of a crime that has not even happened. You might even get murdered yourself there in prison. You might try a civil suit against the alleged perpetrator instead, the evidence is not so rigorous as in a criminal case. |

I would let God , Karma or what ever you believe in take care of it because that person will get what is coming to him just sit back an watch it happen. I have thought of revenge but the way things have equaled out in my life has been allot better that any thing I could have done. And I did not have to suffer for it. People get what is coming to them there is no way to avoid it you just have to be patient. |

If you can delete all of your evidences as what he did after he burnt your sister, you can be free like him. So the chance is 50-50. |
