What if this person has a background of robbery and theft of property, and a robbery takes place and his phone?

This guy has a background of robbery, and theft of property. A robbery takes place and his phone is found OUTSIDE of the place, how guilty do you think he is? Because of his background do you think they will charge him?

It definitely doesn't look good on his part, but hopefully the police will do a FULL investigation to determine if he played a part or not.

IDK if they will charge him without all the facts, but they will definitely bring him in for questioning.

How guilty do I THINK he will be... I'd consider it fairly likely.

Will they charge him because of his background? Probably not based on that alone. But they will definitely do further investigation of him as a suspect in the crime. It's one piece of evidence to use against him, but it's definitely not beyond the shadow of a doubt kind of evidence that could stand in court by itself.
