Murder implies intent where manslaughter does not.

Basically with manslaughter you might intend to hurt a person but they end up dieing( inwhich you did not mean to kill just hurt)

And murder well. You intended to kill and you did.

Murder is the intentional killing of a person.

Muder is where you directly kill someone

Manslaughter is where you indirectly kill someone

You can even be charged for manslaughter if you refuse to help someone that is dying
