Sound to me that you have a heart condition and maybe your wife as well. You don't need a lawyer and you don't need a doctor...what you need is He that freely gives people a new heart. His name is "I AM" His name is Jesus!
You will go a L-O-N-G way with you wife when you get those Master Gunnery Sgt, stripes off your arm and stop treating her like she's a recruit at the island and start treating your wife like the Queen of your house. Your wife is waiting on you to offer something other than lip service and PROVE to her you love her. Be willing to spend more time with her. Do the things she wants to do even if you disagree. And make "sure" she never knows that you disgree! You won't died from it.
Hold her hand when you go out. Open the door for her. And when you say to her "Yes, darling", "I love you!", "I missed you while I was at work today!", "How was your day?" tell her like you mean it from the heart! But most of all, LISTEN to her!

"Marital Duties"? The law has no such provision. If you're talking about romps under the sheets, it's can be stipulated in pre-nups regarding how often, etc. The punishment would be what is stipulated in the pre-nup for instance grounds for divorce, etc. There is however no law regarding "marital duties" |

"marital duties?" so, by this do you mean you have a signed contract stating the agreed upon duties and how often they are to be performed? if you have such a document, then you could possibly sue her in civil court. there is no criminal case.
if not, get over yourself! there is no law on any book that applies to this situation. if you are unhappy, then get a divorce and risk having to pay alimony and, if applicable, child support. |
