The perfect one would be the one that nobody knows about.
Where youve commited the crime, but nobody ever finds out that the crime had been commited, and you never get caught.

Anyhow, a crime is classified as such because someone ALWAYS ends up loosing unfairly, thus becoming a victim.

No Victim = No crime.

Therefore there is no such thing as a "nobody gets hurt" crime, just the ones where you don't get caught.

I read somewhere last week that scientists could actually have invented some sort of invisible shield, which would effectively make us invisible to everyone. Try and get your hands on one before everyone else, walk into a bank and steal some money. Therefore, no one would get hurt, you would not be seen and only the bank would suffer a loss of money - and they've got enough anyway!

i believe the perfect crime is when every one KNOWS you did the act...all evidence shows you did the act but the law/authority cannot hold you responsible for the act.

some may say O.J. Simpson committed the perfect crime, notwithstanding the actions of the police.

or others may say politicians in the U.S. Capitol --there are many laws that they are exempt from prosecution.

Keep it to yourself. Too many criminals like to brag about their exploits. You never hear about the perfect crime because no one bragged about it. I'm sure there are quite a few, also do it alone cause partners have big mouths.

Yes, I've thought of this, and there are two answers. The first one is not to commit a crime- no evidence, no victims, no restitution!

The second is this- go buy a movie ticket, and start a small fire in an alley. Get on your bike with some gloves and a rock. Ride by the school library, throw a rock in the window, go past the alley, drop the gloves in the fire, and then go into the movie theatre!

When you come home say "I didn't throw that rock in the window, if that's what you think."

I think you are missing the definition of a crime. It wouldn't be a crime at all if no one gets hurt or looses out.
A perfect crime is no crime at all.

Wow this is a tricky one. I don't think there is an answer to this one. Suppose you could go pinching apples off your neighbours tree if they were on holiday but that's hardly the Krays it it! :)
