ok, my mom passed away back in 2007. My sister was left with the will which reads that the house is to be changed to my sisters name. She also has a husband that is living there and can do so as long as he takes care of the house. He signed something on the will agreeing to this. Here is the problem, my sister still hasnt put the house in her name. Is this going to be a problem for her to change it now? Is there a statuts of limitation? Am i even asking the right question? I just worry that the only thing my mom left us is the house and he will end up with it if my sister doesnt change it to her name. I also know that he now has another women living there. He is not in good health and I worry if he dies is she going to be able to do something...I have no idea if he has remarried as they dont always talk to us about everything. THanks any information would be great...I live in OHIO
