What is your opinion of AG's Eric Holder promise not to prosecute Bush's water boarding criminals?

Be well & know that karma will get those who are guilty yet not prosecuted by the law. It took OJ 10 years to end up where he is now....I am glad for his children that they didn't lose him 10 years ago & they really are the victims...so I just trust it is all in divine right order & find it interesting to see how it all works out. I know a lot of this is about the message it sends but life is just not all neat & clean it can be very confusing. I am really supportive of the Obama administration & part of that is wise & part could be naivete'. My father used to say 'Ignorance is bliss".

First, to prosecute someone you would have to be water boarding a human. Terrorists are sub-human scum. They target civilians and children. They should be treated the same way you treat a rabid dog. You shoot it.

They should not be prosecuted because they did the right thing.

At the time it was not a criminal offense. This is and was war time. At least we didn't chop off their heads like they do and record it for the world to see.
