What punishment should be imposed on a 13 year old girl for murdering her parents?

what about this one a provisional sentence of 30 years in prison. It would be spent in a juvenile prison until she turned 21 at which time she could either be released if she has been rehabilitated or transfer to an adult women's prison to serve the remainder of her sentence

that is a tough question to answer not knowing any of the details . i really couldn't give a fair answer . when i hear of children murdering i have to wonder what has gone on in their lives to cause them to do something so horrible as to take another life.as for executing a 13 yr old never

I think she should be given the same sentence she gave to her parents.
Harsh as it sounds, too many kids are getting away with everything, so I think if the punishment fits the crime people, would think twice about committing a terrible act against another.

Execution.

It's one thing to murder anyone, but to be able to kill your mother and father is wow. I think she should be tried as an adult, but I'm strict on these things. I'd truly prefer that she was killed slow and painfully herself.

OMG!! thats terrible. although she is young, she is old nuff to know rite from rong. 30 yrs should b a long nuff time-out for her to think bout it. OMG!!! what is this world comin to.

Death; someone who can do that can never be trusted in society and keeping them alive in prison forever (or even a long term) is cruel and unusual punishment plus expensive.

-If the punisher is asian, beat her.
-If the punisher is black, shoot her

so the real question is...what ethnicity is the punisher?
