We need to get stricter laws on DUI's. I am sick of reading about innocent people having their lives ruined because of idiots that can not get it in their heads that you NEVER drive after drinking

Depends on what state. Massachusetts you're at least going to be walking (or riding the bus, train, taxi, trolley or bicycle) for two years, doing a two week "in patient" type alcohol education course with "aftercare" (AA meetings, etc.) and two years probation.. Oh, and if you refused the breathilyzer you lose your license for five years. Two years in jail can happen.. |
