How did the policeman misuse his power?
You could take it up with whoever is in charge on the force, or talk to a lawyer.
But seriously, if this isn't a huge issue, you really need to let it go. They put their lives on the line every single day. They get shot at by thugs, go into dangerous situations, try to protect people from getting hurt and they get no respect.
How would you feel if you had to wake up every morning at 4am to leave your family to go save a hostage who is being held up by a mad man in a bus station? Come on. |

Go to the police headquarters and file a report or call the state D. A. or go to the another police service with jurisdiction for example if a local police officer committed the offense you might want to go to the state police.
Bring someone who can fill out forms for you. |

1st learn how to spell!!!!!!! then yes you can go down to your local police station and file a complaint. but don't expect much unless you have proof or video of the incident they aren't going to do much about it |
