Blink your lights on and off over and over while screeching out the window until the cop pulls over. Yell for the cop to get out of his cruiser with his hands up. Write me from prison and let me know how Bubba is doing.

Write a letter to the department. They will appreciate your concern.

The officer on duty is probably too busy answering questions on YahooAnswers to handle citizen complaints.

If you can't get the officers' attention call police non emergency # and they will get in touch with the officer.

He could be on his way to a crime and will not use his siren or lights to be able to sneak up on the crime. One never knows the whole truth.
