i'm a beneficiary and have not been given any information as to the trust, only given a redacted copy(almost completely blacked out). already asked for unredacted copy but didnt receive one.

If you are not yet a beneficiary of the trust, only upon the death of some person, you have no legal right to know the details.
Consider. I tell you that you are in my will, that does not give you the right to see a copy of my will until I die. (You are not in my will) So until the trust becomes active for you, there you are. |
