Hi, im new to ebay and I was browsing this item and left my chair. When I got back, my browser was closed because my daughter closed it. After a week, I received an unpaid case for the item. Apparently, my daughter (8 yrs old) clicked the pay now button before closing the browser. Ofcourse she didn't know what she was doing. I explained this to the seller and the sellecr closed the case but left me with an unpaid item strike. What will happen to my account? And is there anything I can do about the strike?
Also, when that incident happened, I have not yet linked my credit card to my paypal account, but now, my credit card is already linked. Will my credit card be charged with anything? My daughter says she only got to the next page (the page after the buy it now button).

Well,when you sell a item on ebay they automatically charge fees for selling the item. So even if it'd a accident they only way the seller does not have to pay those fee is to leave a non pay strike. So if you get another one they will automatically cancel you're account. They will not charge your card automatically. It only has to be on file to pay fees and a back source to your bank account, Just make sure not to get anther strike, |
