What will my boss think of me and what will he do 10 pts for honest answer?

I made out with my coworker during work in the fridge... I think my boss knows lately hes been keeping out an eye on the camera for things but it was only for 2 short mins and we did it 3 times this week .. my boss came in didnt say hi to me but didnt say ask me what was going on .. I know his wife watches the camera at home sometimes. I feel guilty and I wont do it again .. do you think my boss knows? I think he didnt say anything beause he didnt want to involve .. I think I lost his trust. Will he come to me and ask me what will you do if you're the boss? And as an employee what should I say.. I am scared if he will fire me I start working this thurs.

OR AM I PARANOID last week a coworker of mine got caught giving away free food so he checks the camera and it happen when I was there.

I am not sure this time was he looking at sales because I saw him writing something for the cash register but then again I know he trusts me running the store since I was in charge.

I dont know why my boss didnt say anything but he did look upset when he came in

You have a guilty conscience! His not saying anything to you when he came in, as rude as that is, probably had nothing to do with you or your co-worker making out in the fridge! I don't think he's half as concerned about you than he is people stealing food from him. He and his wife will probably be looking at that camera for a while so watch your step.

You say he trusts you running the store but someone stole from him under your watch! That's not keeping an eye on things is it? If he finds you making out in the fridge again he may just fire you because you're supposed to be taking care of the store and you're not really doing that. Keep your love or lust interests separate from your working hours and you won't have to worry.

So you're probably making what, $6/hr? Let him fire you. But he's probably scared he won't find more employees and that's why he's acting so weird. He won't fire you because he needs you to stay, so don't worry about him but don't screw up anymore either.

sounds to me like he knows but values you more as an employee than judging what you did. I wouldn't worry about it

Most likely he knows but is not sure of the proper course to take. I would say it is better to conduct business at the job and arrange personal encounters on personal time. Another thing you might want to consider is how complicated life can become if you are intimate with a co-worker. Unless you enjoy living a soap opera you should plan to cool things down on the job.

I think u should stay on the safe side and have ur relationship outside of the work environment cause u dont want to put your or ur coworkers jobs in jeopordy. Just tell ur boss ur sorry if u upset him and tell him it wont happen again.

its hard to say, if he hasn't said anything to you, i would probably not do that again. I would tell him if expects you to be the boss that i would make sure that everything was under control and running as he want things, if he came in looking upset it could be anything, hes got a business to run and probably a family , i think he would come to you ask and ask you about it

if I were you, I would confront the whole thing to you boss, if he does know, then you coming up to him first will show him that you are honest, and not immature. If you are well liked and trusted there, and you tell him how you feel about it, I am pretty sure he will give you another chance...

but if he doesn't know about it, and you tell him, he will most likely respect you for your honesty anyway. I think it is best you talk to him about it, and tell him that you wont do it again...
