You should now realize that you don't need to let your neighbor borrow anything else. Obviously, the neighbor is not very good at returning things. I watched this video on you tube with Chris Tucker and he said he had a neighbor quite similar to yours. He said "Have you ever had someone borrow something for so long you had to borrow it back?" That's what you need to do. Borrow the tool back! |
