In my state, 15 years to Life on the Chain Gang. If you assaulted a kid or a women, then the death penalty. We did away with "Old Sparky" our electric chair, but the gas chamber still works. |

It also depends on what you INTENDED to do. You could try to kill somebody, leave barely a scratch, and be convicted of attempted murder. All depends on the facts. |
