I would be on the telephone with his probation officer if he was convicted, if not, I would try and get him charged! I doubt if he would go after your child again, however there is no way to know what is in his mind!

Call the police on him and have them put one of those signs in his yard. They passed that law, in some states. The signs says that he is a child molester. Often this makes the person move.

there are some who would say take your revenge,and you would in my books be justified in doing so,but consider that you would also be depriving your family of yourself and all you contribute to there well being,for im sure you would be one of the first blamed should something happen to him.he is the scum of the earth and i believe he will get his before he departs this earth,but you are better than that ,so i would suggest you contact the proper authorities,and inform them of the situation,do not sink to his level ,he is not worth it

Call your city or county prosecutor. There are laws that restrict where he is entitled to reside, and county or state will enforce them, as they liable for the actions of probationers. Common sense and decency, will move the authorities to get this taken care of quickly.

Make that call, and good luck.

P.S. If legal action should fail you, have him shot!

You could go one of two ways. The legal way or the not so legal way. I prefer the latter. Either way the sick SOB needs to be stopped before he can damage another child. #1. You must protect your daughter and keep her safe to the fullest at any cost. Believe me when I say my heart goes out to you and your daughter. I can only imagine what shes going through. Theres alot of factors in deciding which action to take. Such as, do you still live in the same place where the molestation took place? Does he know where you live. Keep in mind what your daughter will be put through if you do decide to call the police. Questioning, examination, testifing in court etc. This can hurt her even more. I won't go into some of the things to do unless I get a response from you. And remember this. "A dead man feels no pain".

i would get a newspaper from another city and get me a decent hunting rifle from a private owner ... buy some frangible ammo like glaser safety slugs and get it scoped in good ... i'd have a oxy-acetelyn torch set up in the garage to completely melt the rifle away and you can figure out the rest.... another good choice would be the old 357 in a christmas present with a hole in the back and stuffed with rags to kill the noise ...
