Whats the best way to file a grievance with the bar association?

a judge felt the need to act very unprofessional in court and id like to file a grievance. how can i get into contact with the bar association?

If an attorney has committed unprofessional or illegal conduct, contact the greivance committee of the state bar association.
If a judge behaves unprofessionally, contact your state's commission on judicial conduct.
Where was your attorney when the judge was acting unprofessionally? Did you appeal the ruling? Does your attorney believe that the judge acted unprofessionally?
Is there a reason you did not give an example of the "unprofessional conduct" in your question?
If you were acting pro se (without an attorney), you perception of unprofessional conduct may not be accurate. |

Either call the office of your state supreme court, or your state's bar association and ask how your complaint can be filed. Different states may handle it differently. In Ohio, it is handled by the Office of the State Supreme Court. |
