moral rights are a subset of the rights of creators of copyrighted works, including the right of attribution, the right to have a work published anonymously or pseudonymously, and the right to the integrity of the work. IPR are legal property rights over creations of the mind, both artistic and commercial, and the corresponding fields of law.
